ADM Tigers

The longest conference road trip of the season took the Adel-Desoto-Minburn Tigers wrestling team to Carroll Thursday night. ADM squared off in a Raccoon River Conference triangular against wrestlers from the Carroll Tigers and the Bondurant-Farrar Bluejays. ADM returned to Dallas County with a split of the event.

The first dual of the evening saw ADM grapple Bondurant-Farrar. The Bluejays bested the Tigers, 45-30. Bondurant-Farrar recorded five pinfall wins, a decision victory, and received 12 points via two forfeits. ADM registered three wins by fall, one win by technical fall, one decision victory, and one major decision. Tallying pinfalls wins for ADM were Hunter Kinze (145), Charles Craigmile (182), and Justin Paulsen (195).

ADM responded in the second dual with a 39-36 win over host Carroll. ADM recorded four wins by fall, one technical fall, one major decision, and one win by forfeit. Carroll scored on five pinfalls and one win by forfeit. Registering pinfall victories for ADM against Carroll were Cole Williamson (106), Aaron Beeber (132), Trevor Flettre (170), and Kaden Sutton (220).

ADM’s dual record now stands at 6-15 overall. The Tigers resume their season in Urbandale tomorrow at the annual Ed Winger Classic.
