High school wrestlers from ADM, Gilbert, and Greene County meet tonight in the middle school gym in Jefferson. The Rams and Gilbert’s Tigers face off at 5:30 p.m. in a Heart of Iowa Activities Conference dual, followed by Gilbert and ADM’s Tigers. ADM and Greene County will complete the evening. Gilbert is 3-0 overall and 1-0 in the conference while the Rams are 1-3 on the season and this will be Coach Mark Sawhill’s teams first conference dual meet. ADM is a member of the Raccoon River Activities Conference, so both dual meets are non-conference for them.

The Rams were led last week to begin the season by junior Clint Dennhardt, who wasn’t out for wrestling last year. He went 6-1 at 182 lbs. in three separate competition dates.

After tonight, Greene County wrestles on Saturday in the Ogden Dual Meet Tournament starting at 9 a.m.
