ADM baseball will honor one of the largest contingencies of seniors in recent memory Thursday night in Adel during senior night as the Tigers play host to Van Meter in non-conference play on K107 and raccoonvalleyradio.com.

Before the game, the Tigers will honor 12 seniors: Joe Sloss, Jake Sloss, Jesse Huen, Chase Eddie, Elijah McCartney, Colin Gavin, Logan Lemke, Sam Kornstad, Kody Irwin, Zach Flora, Ethan Herron and Zach Ostendorf.

“It’s a fantastic group of seniors. They’ve worked really hard and have done everything that we’ve asked them to do,” said Tigers head coach Jason Book. “They haven’t really had the success that they were hoping for or wanting, but they’re really coming together here at the end and we’re starting to make a climb. We’re looking to make a push in the postseason.”

ADM (9-18) has won back-to-back games for the first time since the opening two games of the year, beating Ballard 10-1 on Monday and Chariton 3-1 Tuesday night.

First pitch from the ADM baseball field will be at approximately 7:30 p.m.
