The Lady Wildcats begin their 2017-2018 campaign with scrimmages in Atlantic today. However the Lady Wildcats will participate in the Hall of Pride Scrimmage series in Saydel next Saturday.

The Pride Challenge has given high school and middle school basketball teams the opportunity to gain some experience on the court, while helping those in need off the court. Participating schools are required to submit a service project that benefits their community, in exchange for playing in these scrimmages. Participating teams are allowed to charge admission and can modify the rules of the game to shorten the length or add components, such as a free-throw or three-point contest.
