Emergency crews responded to the scene of a two-vehicle crash in Perry Thursday night, which caused traffic on Highway 141 to be diverted for an extended period of time.

The wreck happened on Highway 141 and Iowa Street at around 7 p.m. All vehicles in the westbound lanes of Highway 141 were diverted down Iowa Street while crews cleaned up the scene. The circumstances of the wreck, as well as the names of those involved and whether or not there were any injuries are unknown at this time. Perry Fire and Police departments, as well as Dallas County EMS were on scene.
