The final Greene County football opponent ended its season last night. Coach Mitch Moore’s Rams went 1-8 this season against a schedule that featured four playoff teams and six squads with winning records.

Harlan Community was the last of the Rams’ opponents to still be playing. The Cyclones mounted a huge comeback, but fell to three-time defending champion Pella, 41-39 in a Class 3A semifinal last night inside the UNI-Dome in Cedar Falls. The Dutch will meet Cedar Rapids Xavier for the 3A title next Thursday.

The final record for the 2017 opponents of the Rams was 53-36.
