Absentee ballots are now available in Guthrie and Adair Counties for the November elections.

Guthrie and Adair County residents can either pick up an absentee ballot in person, or request one by mail. Residents who wish to receive a ballot by mail will receive a set of instructions along with the actual ballot. Ballots by mail must be requested by Friday, November 3rd. All ballots must be postmarked no later than Monday, November 6th. Mailed ballots must be received by the Auditor’s office no later than the following Monday.

Those wishing to bring in their ballots may do so by 8 pm on Election Day. Residents can also designate someone to physically bring in or mail the ballot for them. Those ballots must be submitted or postmarked within 72 hours of the ballot being received.
