Funeral services for Mardell Hane of Perry, will be Monday at 11 am at the Hastings Funeral Home in Perry.  Burial will be in the Jefferson Cemetery.  Visitation will be Sunday at 1 pm at the funeral home.  Family will be present from 3 pm to 5 pm.  Memorials are requested to the Mercy Foundation or Mercy Hospice.  Survivors include:  Children, Karen Gamedinger of Johnston and Mark Hane of Adel.  5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.  Siblings, Jim Smith of Clive, Richard Smith of Jefferson and Donna Van Buskirk of Sioux City.
