Marc Ray Misty Ray

The adoptive parents of 16-year-old Sabrina Ray have had additional charges filed against them relating to the teen’s death.

Marc and Misty Ray of Perry have each had an additional charge of first degree murder, a class A felony, added to the 11 charges they are already facing. Furthermore, Marc is being charged with second and third degree sexual abuse, class B and C felonies respectively, though the charges aren’t related to Sabrina’s death. Both Marc and Misty are currently being held in the Dallas County Jail on $1 million bond each, and their trial will begin some time in 2018.

Also being charged in Sabrina’s death are Misty’s mother, Carla Bousman, Misty’s niece, Josie Bousman, and Marc and Misty’s biological son, Justin Ray. The charges stem from the May 12th incident where Sabrina was found dead in Marc and Misty’s home in Perry, weighing a mere 56 pounds at the time of her death. It’s been recently revealed through arrest warrants that Josie was the one who called 911, only after calling Carla, and Marc and Misty, who were in Nashville, Tennessee at the time.

See below for a full list of charges for each individual. Raccoon Valley Radio will bring more information on this case as it’s made official.
