The Bock Family Foundation will be holding their fall grant presentation this Wednesday.

The nonprofit foundation provides grants to local organizations twice a year, in the spring and fall. Their goal is to support groups and organizations focused on religious, charitable, scientific, literary, or educational purposes. All the projects to be funded are located in Dallas County, and the grant preference was given to the four northwest townships. Applicants needed to be nonprofit organizations or a unit of state or local government.

The Bock Foundation was established in 2002, and to date they have awarded more than $1.6 million in grants. During their spring grant cycle, they awarded 32 grants totalling $65,556. The fall grant presentation will be held Wednesday at 5 p.m. at the Perry Public Library.
