Kate Crawford and Emma Swanson seem to be inseparable. The pair has finished one-two in three consecutive meets and are leading the Lady Chargers to a showdown with Panorama at the Panorama Invitational Thursday. The Lady Chargers won their home meet, but placed second to the Lady Panthers by just six points last week in Greene County.

Head Coach Collin Shawgo has noticed the unbreakable bond between Crawford and Swanson. “It’s everywhere. Those two girls are really good friends and so it really is a friendly competition. It seems like wherever they are or whatever they’re doing it’s benefiting them and the team both competitively as well as the team chemistry.”

The Panorama Invitational is this Thursday with races beginning at 4:30pm at the Lake Panorama Par 3 Golf Course. The field includes host Panorama, ACGC, West Central Valley, and other West Central area schools.
