The Stuart City Council will convene for a special session Monday.

The main purpose of the session is to allow for the General Obligation Annual Appropriation Corporate Purpose and Refunding Loan Agreement public hearing. First the Council will discuss entering into the Essential Purpose Loan Agreement followed by discussion on entering into the General Purpose Loan Agreement. Following the public hearing, the Council will consider a resolution for the agreement.

The Council will also appoint a member to the City’s Utility Board and award bids for the sale of city equipment. The meeting begins at 5:30 pm in the Council Chambers at Stuart City Hall.
