West Central Valley WildcatWith just under two full weeks of practice in the books, the West Central Valley football team is ready to tackle someone other than their teammates, and they get the chance to so tonight with their annual scrimmage game.

Third year head coach Eric Addy leads the Wildcats on the road to Greenfield to battle it out against Nodaway Valley with kick off scheduled for 7:00 pm. For the second straight season the Wildcats and the Wolverines will not be battling it out in regular season play so West Central Valley will have to avenge their three game loosing skid against Nodaway Valley with tonight’s scrimmage. The last time West Central Valley took a win over Nodaway Valley in regular or postseason play was back in the 2012-2013 campaign by a 20-7 margin.

Once again, the Wildcats take to the road tonight for a scrimmage match up against Nodaway Valley in Greenfield with kick off set for 7:00 pm. Games that will actually count for the Wildcats won’t take place until their season opener against ACGC on August 25th.
