Don’t be alarmed if you notice an array of squad cars near the Stuart City Park Monday evening.  They will be gathered for the Stuart Police Department’s Second Annual “Night Out” event.

The event starts at 5:30 pm.  There will be free food and fun for the whole family.  There will also be free inflatables and tattoos for the kids, and free raffles for the adults.

The Department hopes to use the event  to help build and reinforce positive relationships with community members.  They will also use this event as an opportunity to show their appreciation for the wonderful support given throughout the year.

Stuart’s “Night Out”  is part of National Night Out, which is aimed at heightening crime and drug prevention awareness.
