First year head football coach Mitch Moore wants fans from around the county to see his Greene County Rams in person prior to the start of the regular season. The coach has three practices scheduled for towns in the county other than Jefferson and the first of those three is today at the football field in Grand Junction. Practice is from 3:30-7:30 p.m. and the public is welcome to watch.

Next week the football team will practice in Churdan on Tuesday from 3-7 p.m., then practice in Scranton on Thursday from 5-6:15 p.m.

Today is the final day of practice without full pads and full contact. Helmets and shoulder pads are permitted today. Tomorrow, the Rams will practice at Greene County High School in Jefferson from 8-10 a.m. for the first day of full pads.
