The Perry School Board will convene Monday evening in regular session.

The first part of the meeting will be devoted to a public hearing regarding an easement with Dallas County Conservation for a recreational trail. The public is encouraged to attend and weigh in on the topic. In general business, the Board will consider for approval several items, including: legislative priorities; a Genesis Development agreement; Iowa Association of School Boards policy primer amendments; handbook and Board policy revisions; additional Professional Learning Community leaders and fundraisers; and an allowable growth request for a special education deficit.

They will also consider meal contracts for Head Start and the Perry Child Development Center for the coming school year. The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. Monday in the high school’s Brady Library.
