The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will convene Tuesday morning in regular session.

One of the first items on the agenda is to discuss 2018 County holidays and an update to the employee handbook with the human resources department. The Board will then have discussion and possible action related to the local option sales tax ballot language for the unincorporated areas of the County. At 9:30 they will go into a public hearing for a resolution regarding the final plat of Little Beaver Creek County Estates. Following the hearing, the Board will consider approving the resolution.

Also on the agenda is a law enforcement center update from Jerry Purdy of Design Alliance, discussion and possible action regarding the Ortonville Lagoon, and janitorial services contracts with Reliable Maintenance and Genesis Development. The meeting will conclude with an informational workshop with the County Recorder’s Office.

The meeting is open to the public and will be held at 9 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors meeting room in Adel.
