An Ankeny man was arrested following a traffic stop early this morning in Perry.

Just after 2 a.m., 23-year-old Jensen Lee Kragel was pulled over by Officer Matt Aswegan. Drugs and drug paraphernalia were found in Kragel’s possession, and he was placed under arrest on four charges, including: possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, a class C felony; possession of marijuana, a serious misdemeanor; possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor; and driving while under suspension, a simple misdemeanor.

He was transferred to the Dallas County Jail, where he is currently being held on $10,000 bond. He will have his preliminary hearing on August 15th. Raccoon Valley Radio will bring more information on this case as it’s made official.
