The female swimmers in the Panorama School District may have a change in scenery next season, though nothing has been set in stone yet.
At their July meeting, the Panorama School Board discussed the current sharing agreement with the Carroll School District for the girls swim team. Superintendent Shawn Holloway indicated the District isn’t necessarily unhappy sharing with Carroll, but the distance they need to travel is considerable. The Board is researching whether or not a new sharing agreement with Perry Schools would make more sense, particularly from a travel standpoint.
They took no action at the meeting, as the Board wanted more time to review it. More discussion is expected to be held at their August meeting.
