The Greene County Fair wraps up today.

The final activities on the fairgrounds include a free appreciation breakfast put on by the Greene County Fair Association at 8am in Clover Hall. Following the breakfast will be the junior premium auction. Fair Board President Bob Allen says the auction plays an important part for the fair.

“It’s just a great way to end the county fair. Usually by that time, the kids are pretty tired and exhausted, it’s been a long few days. But it’s just really a way to cap off the week and to enjoy a nice breakfast and celebrate agriculture education in Greene County. I think it’s just a great opportunity.”
