Saydel Offense Erupts Against Perry

Saydel wasted little time Thursday night flexing their muscle as the Golden Eagles defeated Perry 17-2 in non conference baseball action at the PAC.  The Eagles scored 4 runs in the first, 4 more in the second and pushed 9 runs across in the 4th.  Janier Puente started the game for Perry and gave up 8 runs in 2 2/3 innings while Adan Medina surrendered 9 runs in one inning.  Aaron Lockwood pitched to the final 2 batters.   The Eagles pounded out 16 hits including 6 extra base hits.

Puente provided the bright spot for Perry offensively with his second solo homerun of the year.

Perry closes out the week 5-11 while Saydel improves to 14-3.
