The early streak keeps on surging ahead for the Panorama Panther boys golf team who picked up their 5th straight first place team finish at Lake Panorama National Golf Course yesterday.

Panorama faced off in a rescheduled meet with Madrid and Ogden and came away with first shooting 172 as a team followed by Madrid in second with 186 and Ogden in third shooting 192. On a 52 degree windy afternoon, Will Babcock came away with his second straight meet as top medalist shooting a nine hole score of 36. For just the first time all season long, the Panthers did not have a 1-2 punch at the top of the medalist stand thanks to Madrid’s Aaron Sperling shooting a 41 on the day.

For the Panthers freshmen Kolby Shackelford and senior George Appleseth tied for second with a pair of 43 nine hole scores while Trey Cobb rounded out the top four scores with a round of 50 for the afternoon. With the win the Panther boys team rests undefeated in both conference at 4-0 and overall record at 22-0.
