The 2016-17 basketball campaign may be over for ADM basketball, but that doesn’t mean that the awards and accolades are done for senior star Tajen Ross.

Earlier this week, Tajen was selected to the All-District 8 Team for class 3A  by the Iowa Basketball Coaches Association for a season in which he ranked 4th in 3A in points per game with 22 per contest. Tajen was solid both from field goal range and from beyond the arc ranking 7th in the class in field goals made with 175 while also in class 3A’s top twenty in three pointers made with 56.

Ross was a unanimous first team all Raccoon River Conference selection this year with a great body of work that consisted of two 30+ point games while also dominating from the free throw line with a mark of 100 made free throws, putting him 11th best in class 3A.

Next season Ross will be taking his basketball talents to the college level where he will be representing the University Of Minnesota Crookston.
