A Jefferson man faces several felony charges following an alleged assault on Saturday.

According to the Jefferson Police Department, 44 year-old Ryan James Brown was arrested just after 2pm in the 800 block of West Wall Street. He is charged with Class C Felonies for second degree burglary and willful injury and Class D Felonies for assault while participating in a felony and second degree criminal mischief.

Brown was arrested on warrants from the police department from an assault that was reported earlier in the day.

He was booked into the Greene County jail.
