The Iowa Department of Education has released report cards for 2016.

The IDE assigns each school with one of six ratings: Exceptional, High-Performing, Commendable, Acceptable, Needs Improvement, and Priority.

Both elementary schools and the middle school got a commendable report card, while the high school got an acceptable rating.

The criteria used to measure the buildings include proficiency, college and career ready, graduation, expected growth and staff retention.
