Julia Helm will take her oath of office at the county courthouse at 8:30am Tuesday, she will be joined by reelected Supervisor Mark Hanson and Sheriff Chad Leonard who all won their respective elections in November.
The first regular Board of Supervisors meeting of the year will then start at 9am.
Items on the agenda include updates on the 902 Court street building and north campus projects, an update and renewal of the Iowa Communities Assurance Pool and approval of an onsite scanning contract with Cott Systems.
The Board will then designate a deputy auditor, make appointments to board committees, official newspapers and depositories, eminent domain and the Board of health and consider a resolution in regards to construction evaluation.
The meeting takes place in the Board of Supervisors meeting room in Adel.
