voteToday is National Voter Registration Day.

We’re now six weeks from the general election that will decide who will represent us at the county, state and national levels.

The Secretary of State’s office has made it easy to register to vote and get reminders to show up to the polls on November 8th. You can do so online or via a paper form that can be mailed in or dropped off at your County Auditor’s office.

Those wanting to avoid lines on election day also have the opportunity to vote via absentee ballot starting Thursday.  That can be done at your County Auditor’s office or by mailing in a request form by November 4th.
