The Yale community and Guthrie County Cattlemen’s Association are rallying around the Steve and Rose Kastner family tonight, in Steve’s battle against MDS, a serious bone marrow cancer.

The Cattlemen’s Association and friends are hosting a rally tonight at the Yale Community Building. It features a social hour at 5 p.m., followed by a meal at 6 p.m. and then a live auction.

Auction items include autographed Iowa State University and Green Bay Packer footballs, a Weber grill, locally processed beef, agriculture products, a Hotel Pattee package, handcrafted quilts, gift baskets and more.

The event is open to the public.
