Union Pacific Railroad dispatchers advised the Greene county Sheriff’s Office of cattle along the railroad right of way near Parkland Avenue and 222nd Street. The livestock owner was advised and removed the cattle from the area.

A deputy was advised of a suspicious vehicle in the 2300 block of 330th Street. The described older silver pickup was not located at that time.

A deputy was dispatched to the 200 block of East Main Street in Grand Junction to investigate criminal mischief to the interior of a vacant building.

A deputy was dispatched to a car-deer accident that occurred on R Avenue near 290th Street. The 2014 Mazda CX5 being driven by Peg Semke of rural Jefferson, sustained an estimated $1500 in damages. The vehicle was driven from the scene by the owner. The injured deer ran into the timber and was not located.

A deputy was dispatched to Scranton to investigate suspicious activity along the Union Pacific Railroad right of way. It was determined by the deputy that railroad workers were working late and were resting in their vehicles.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
