Funeral Services for Richard Carney will be held Friday, May 27 at 10:30 AM in the First Presbyterian Church in Adair. Burial will be in the Sunnyhill Cemetery in Adair. Visitation with family will be from 5-7 PM on Thursday, May 26 in the Hockenberry Funeral Home in Adair. Memorials may be directed to the family’s wishes.

Richard is survived by his wife, Phyllis Carney of Adair; daughter, Barb Morris of Primghar, IA; son, Charles Carney of Adair, IA; 8 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; sister, Marilyn Canfield of West Des Moines, IA.
