A thirteen year-old from Perry was arrested Sunday afternoon on two drug charges.
According to Perry Police, an officer found the teen on a bike in the 900 block of West 3rd Street around 1pm Sunday. The suspect had marijuana on them and is charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The charges are being referred to the juvenile court system.
