Jefferson Police have filed felony charges in an ongoing investigation against a man involved in a string of burglaries.

Police Chief Mark Clouse says 29 year-old Kyle Matthew Cuddy is charged with two counts of Class D Felonies for third degree burglary. The charges stem from two burglary incidents at a residence in the 500 block of South Locust Street on April 18th and 20th. A search warrant was executed on April 22nd at the suspect’s home in the 500 block of South Olive Street. Several reported stolen items were recovered. Clouse adds that they are also looking into a third reported burglary from earlier this week that Cuddy may have been involved.

An arrest warrant has been issued on Cuddy.
