Superintendent Dr. David Arnold tells Raccoon Valley Radio that no drugs have been found by detection dogs and a recent incident leads administration to believe the smell might just be a prank. “We just know that there’s been smells near the bathroom area. The last time it wasn’t near the bathroom, the smell was in the middle of the hallway. Of course there’s too many people there to light up. It dawned on us then that it might be aerosol that you can buy at head shops, that smells like marijuana, to make people think that’s going on and just to get a rise out of the administration.”
