The Greene County Board of Supervisors met yesterday.

A public hearing was held for the emergency management 2017 fiscal year budget. The County will contribute $25,500, which represents the revenues for the department. The expenses are estimated at $27,195. The Board then approved the budget following the hearing.

The Board then adopted the next set of privacy policies for the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.

Finally, the Supervisors heard the 2017 fiscal year budget proposal from the secondary roads department. The expenses are estimated to equal the revenues at $6,251,789. The Board took no formal action on the proposal.
