While your guests today will be busy feasting on delicious turkey, mashed potatoes and pumpkin pie, Panora P.E.T.S volunteer Linda Shelley says those things aren’t suitable for your pets. “No turkey bones. Please don’t give your pets turkey bones. Do not feed your pets from the table. Most of what we eat isn’t necessarily good for us and it’s way too rich for the animals and can make them ill.”

Additionally, Shelley says that with all of the holiday company in the house, some nervous pets may need to be moved to a separate room for a while.
