The Chief Deputy Sheriff is investigating the reported theft of items from the Sparky’s One Stop in Rippey.

The Chief Deputy Sheriff was asked to assist the Boone County Sheriff’s Office with a possible forgery case.

The Chief Deputy Sheriff was asked to assist in checking the welfare of a female in the 400 block of Harding Road in Churdan.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
