Main Street Iowa officials will be in Guthrie Center for several hours today to meet with local community leaders. Main Street Guthrie Center Director Julie Bailey says the site visit should provide some fresh ideas and motivation for the coming year. “We will be able to begin the discussion about what the committee and board priorities are for 2016, in giving Main Street Iowa some feedback. They are also going to be talking to us about volunteer development and hopefully giving some ideas on how to enhance that in Guthrie Center.”

Bailey says much of the discussion will take place during a public meeting at the Guthrie Center Activity Center from 5:30-7:30 p.m. this evening.
