Zachary Allen Armstrong, age 29 of 808 Warford St., Perry was arrested on (3) warrants:  Failure to appear-original charge of criminal mischief and trespass, probation violation-original charge of assault and probation violation-original charge of OWI.

Donna Putney of 1415 Jefferson St., Redfield reported the theft of checks from a check book at her home.

Christopher Michael Putney, age 42 of 1415 Jefferson St., Redfield was arrested at 1404 Jackson St., Redfield for harassment.

David Hill of 33998 Zook Spur Pl., Madrid reported that someone stole an ATV from his yard.
