Funds to pay Iowa’s State Legislators ran out on Friday but they have not yet adjourned for the year. State Representative Clel Baudler believes the session will wind down fairly quickly but some of his colleagues believe it could run into June. “Things are starting to move rather quickly in some instances. I think we’ll start bouncing bills back and forth. I don’t know how many will end up in conference committee, that will be a key in getting out of this place. Some people say we’ll go through May and into June. I don’t think that will happen.”
