After coming up short last month, all three of our local weather reporting stations registered above normal precipitation levels in April.

According to the National Weather Service, Perry received 0.62 inch of rain this past week.  Jefferson saw another 0.91 inch and Guthrie Center added 0.59 inch to their total.

Normal monthly precipitation totals for April range between 3.37 and 3.76 inches locally.  Perry registered 3.4 inches throughout the month, while Guthrie Center saw 4.8 and Jefferson was just shy of five inches.
