Friday, February 27th

Michael Bruce Johnson, age 42 of 1406 1st St., Redfield was arrested on a warrant for probation violation-original charge of attempted burglary.

 John Raymond Fortisi Jr., age 27 of 12058 NW 131 Ct., Madrid was arrested in the 33000 block of 360th for driving under suspension.  Fortisi was also arrested for a warrant for failure to appear for sentencing-original charge of OWI and child endangerment.

 James Boll of Dallas Center was traveling east on Highway 44 turning left into a driveway when he was struck on the left rear of his vehicle by a vehicle driven by William Goebel of Urbandale.  No injuries reported.  Damage to Boll’s vehicle estimated at $3000.00 and $5000.00 to Goebel’s.

Saturday, February 28th

Ivan Eduardo Rivas-Leanos, age 20 of 1816 W 4th St., Perry was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of assault and interference with official acts.

Dustin Axle Brobst, age 24 of 825 Park St., Perry was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Christopher Charles Hannon, age 40 of 910 W Washington St., Winterset was arrested in the 33000 block of 360th for driving under suspension.

Sunday, March 1st

Trey Alan Barton, age 19 of 416 51st St., West Des Moines was arrested on warrants for failure to appear-original charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

James Keifer Eberle, age 21 of 2337 170th St., Dana was arrested in the 18000 block Highway 169 for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
