Dallas County Hospital is hosting another Better Choices, Better Health program this winter and it all kicks off tomorrow afternoon.

The six, interactive workshops take place weekly, on Tuesday, in the hospital’s board room from 3:30-5:30pm.  The goal is to help those with various conditions take control of their health.
