The Jefferson City Council will meet tonight.

The Council will consider for approval a contract to build a house at 507 South Locust Street, setting a public hearing to amend the Urban Renewal Plan and discuss the Tax Increment Financing for Cobblestone Hotel and Gallup Road projects and setting another public hearing for a development agreement with Jefferson Hotel Group, LLC.

Other items the Council is expected to approve includes updating the City’s zoning map and a resolution for the plans, contract and cost for the 2015 Water and Sewer Improvements from US Highway 30 to Wall Street and the Greene County Development Corporation’s lots along Gallup Road along with setting a public hearing for the projects.

The Council will also set is budget workshops for the 2016 fiscal year.  Finally, the Council will hear a presentation on the Bully Project by Dave Diderickson.

The meeting will be at 5:30pm in the City Hall Council Chambers.
