For those that don’t like waking up early and big crowds of people on Black Friday, a free, evening event is happening in Jefferson tomorrow.

The First United Coven of Greene County, the local women’s poetry organization, will be hosting an open mic night for poetry reading at Greene Bean Coffee.

Organizers say poetry from the local group will be presented with their original works and they invite anyone who wants to share their poetry to join them that evening.  The free event starts at 7pm.

Greene Bean Coffee is located at 202 North Wilson Street in Jefferson.
