Funeral services for Charles McNeill, 86, of Bagley, will be Monday at 10 am at the Carris Family Funeral Home in Perry. Burial will be in the Richland Township Cemetery near Bagley. Visitation will be Sunday from 3 pm to 6 pm at the Carris Family Funeral Home in Perry and family will will be present from 3 pm to 5 pm.
