The District 3 GOP candidate for Congress, David Young, along with US Senator Chuck Grassley and incumbent Congressman Tom Latham will depart on a campaign railroad tour from Council Bluffs to Des Moines tomorrow, with a couple of stops in the Raccoon River Valley. At 12:30 the group will hold a rally in Stuart at the intersection of 350th st and South Division, an hour later at 1:30 pm, they will be in Van Meter at the intersection of Main and Mill. Both events are open to the public.
