Operation Lifesaver in Iowa is a nonprofit organization that teaches Iowa residents how to prevent injuries and fatalities on and around rail lines.

Flint Hills Resources presented Operation Lifesaver with a $5,000 donation in August.

Flint Hills Resources ethanol plants in Menlo and Iowa Falls help produce fuels that are used across the United States. Much of the plants daily operations rely on safe transport of their products.

Operation Lifesaver is dedicated to end tragic collisions, fatalities, and injuries through education, enforcement and engineering.
