The Perry City Council will meet in regular session tonight.

Items on the agenda include a public hearing in regards to the disposal of public property at the old middle school site to Newbury Living for their multifamily housing proposal, followed by tentative approval.  They will then consider the third pay request for the 2014 conventional hangar project and approval of a change order for the same project.

New business items include establishing prices and fees for the operation of the Violet Hill Cemetery, approval of a cleaning services agreement for the Perry Public Library and setting a public hearing for voluntary annexation.

Finally the Council will consider approving a fence agreement and approve plats of survey for block 91 of original town.

The meeting takes place at 6pm in the Clarion Room of the Security Bank Building.
