The West Central Valley Booster Club is hosting its 2nd Annual Trivia Night fundraiser next weekend at the Redfield American Legion.
It is being held from 6 to 10pm on Saturday, April 26th, and the cost to participate is $120 for a table of eight. Head football coach Tony Hooper says he hopes to see many area residents and Wildcats fans in attendance, and he thanks the Booster Club for its dedicated support of West Central Valley athletics.
“They have raised lots of money and done many, many things to benefit our athletic programs over the last many years, but lots of money has been spent in the last couple years with the new athletic facilities, etc. So, it is always a great benefit to us to have an active Booster Club and they’ve done a wonderful job. We hope this will be a successful, fun night so that we can keep the money flowing for our athletic programs.”
Hooper says last year’s inaugural trivia night fundraiser raised just over $2,000 to benefit Wildcat athletics. With the event moving to a bigger venue in Redfield this year, Hooper says he’s hoping for an even bigger turnout.
